Some clients come to us for a complete service from design to installation; others prefer a selection and supply-only approach for their own installer.

Process Details
DESIGN
Our service includes the structural design of the stone assembly, including the connecting brackets where necessary, and also drawing the geometry in 3D.
FABRICATION
Using our state-of-the-art factory and machinery we can make the treads to any shape and detail you require.

Early Insight and Material Selection
We begin by understanding how the space will be used and what you want it to feel like. We discuss different areas, any underfloor heating plans, maintenance expectations and existing finishes the floor needs to work with. Using samples and our experience across many schemes, we help compare the vast array of stone that could be used, alongside their formats and finishes. We can then agree a direction that suits both the aesthetic and practical needs of the project.
Layout Detail and Specification
Once the material is chosen, we move into the detail. Tile sizes, thicknesses, build-up, joint widths, edge treatments, finishes (tumbled, antiqued, honed or polished), grout types and colours, borders and thresholds are all considered. Where helpful, we prepare layout drawings to show patterns and transitions between rooms. This ensures the floor feels intentional and integrated.
Site Intergration and Finishing
We can either supply the stone for your own installer or provide a full service including delivery, installation and sealing. Our installation teams understand the practical demands of high-end interior projects. We sequence delivery, coordinate with other trades and install with precision, ensuring pattern alignment, clean interfaces and long-term stability. Once complete, we apply appropriate treatments and provide guidance on ongoing care so the floor continues to perform and age well.
